Guarantee
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge upon the
time of sale.
Upon receipt this puppy is guaranteed to be free from life threatening or genetic
diseases for up to 6 months. It is required for a licensed veterinarian to
examine the puppy within 72 hours of purchase or there will be NO GUARANTEE on
Sellers Part.
This contract does NOT cover internal or external parasites or viruses.
IF puppy is found to be unfit for purchase. (illness must be life threatening)
The Teenie Weenie Weinery must be notified by buyer and a written statement
from a licensed veterinarian before any replacement will be made.
IN the event of the death of the puppy a necropsy must be preformed to determine
the cause of death. The Teenie Weenie Weinery will not be responsible for these
charges. We offer NO CASH refunds. IF a replacement is to be made purchase price
will go towards to price of another puppy of equal value when available. In the event
of a replacement the puppy must be returned within 72 hours along with all the
AKC/CKC paperwork and health records.
The Teenie Weenie Weinery has given the appropriate vaccines and wormings which
you will be given a health record. Buyer agrees to maintain the health of this puppy:
Yearly examines, vaccines, heartworm protection and regular vet checkups.
The Teenie Weenie Weinery does NOT guarantee the size, weight, hair coat,
color, skin conditions, temperament or training ability of this puppy/dog.
Upon breeding rights we DO NOT guarantee the breeding ability of this puppy/dog.
If as for any reason I am unable to care for my puppy I promise to contact the breeder
in order to find the puppy/dog a loving home.
All Deposits are non-refundable however may be moved to another litter.
Puppies are to be paid for in full at 6 weeks of age.
We do not accept checks for final payment on puppies.
We do accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Pay Pal.
I agree NOT to take the puppy/dog to an animal shelter for any reason.
The Teenie Weenie Weinery feeds "Diamond Small Breed Natural Puppy"
We advise you to keep you puppy on this until he/she is at least 1 year of age.
At that time Diamond offers many options for the needs of your pet.
Diamond is an Excellent source of protein for your puppies growing needs.
We also give NuVet Vitamins and Highly recommend you keep your puppy on these
vitamins.
